i'm cliff. i'm a senior product designer and UX researcher who specializes in creating user-centered digital experiences that drive business growth. i work at the intersection of design thinking, user experience design, and product strategy, helping companies build innovative digital products and design systems.
currently, i'm working as a product designer at microsoft, where i lead user interface design and user experience research for products that impact millions of users globally. previously, i was a senior UI/UX designer at 350.org where i built their first comprehensive design system, conducted user research, and led design strategy for climate action campaigns through iterative design and usability testing.
i've also worked at refunite as a product designer where i designed the relay peer-to-peer application for family reunification, and at ongair as a lead UI/UX designer where i was part of the bbc hackathon winning team that built "bbc drop" messaging application.
